Ingrid is the best. She is so knowledgeable about feline behavior. I contacted her because we have 4 cats (3 males, 1 female). The boys were picking on the girl and intimidating her which lead to litter box problems and a very shy and scared female who never came out from under the bed. I did the best I could on my own but was not seeing any improvement, so I reached out to Ingrid for help. She came to my home and showed me so many areas for improvement and was available to me for several weeks for phone calls and texts (and she was always very responsive). When one idea didn’t work, she would have another trick up her sleeve. I learned so much from her and have come to understand my cats so much better. I followed all of her advice, including her litter box protocol, and am happy to report that we are no longer having litter box issues. In addition, our female kitty is so much more outgoing and engaged with the family. She hangs out and plays with the boys now, and she even snuggles with the humans at night too. I cannot recommend Ingrid enough!! Thank you for your help
