I contacted Ingrid for help resolving a very frustrating case of chronic inappropriate elimination by one, two, or all three of my cats. It was a very good decision to do so! Ingrid was very thorough in gathering information to assess the situation and home environment, which included visual inspection. During the consultation, the information Ingrid provided and her suggestions for improvement were tremendously helpful and comprehensive, focusing on cat litter and litter boxes, feeding and enrichment. She had many great ideas for cat stimulation and enrichment. I am so pleased to have learned about foraging toys and can now see how natural it is for cats to forage. It seems my cats really like the toys and they are already ready more challenging ones. But, what is most important is that because of Ingrid’s recommendations, I made some changes that ended the terrible inappropriate elimination problem and now have a happier cats and an improved household environment. Overall, the consult with Ingrid was very helpful. If my cats ever have other behavior problems, I would schedule another consult with Ingrid. She is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with!
