Our sweet cat suddenly turned aggressive and had two severe biting incidents. We were at a complete loss on how to help her and felt the only option was to give her away. Our family was devastated. A friend recommended Ingrid and our entire situation turned around. We learned so many things we were accidentally doing that were creating frustration for Ivy. We also learned so many positive changes to implement moving forward. Knowledge has really been power in this situation. Ingrid has been a cheerleader alongside our journey to bring Ivy home and is always responsive with my many questions. Our family felt hopeless a month ago, but Ivy is home and thriving. With all the feeding and play tricks Ingrid taught us we now have new ways to engage and bond with Ivy and it’s been quite fun.
