We contacted Ingrid because Mimi Rose, our beautiful Calico cat, was not using her litter box. She was defecating outside the box for quite a while and we tried everything, or so we thought, until we met Ingrid. She was great with Mimi Rose, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any and all of our questions, and we had plenty. She immediately noticed Mimi Rose was declawed and may be in pain, and suggested we try different types of litter for her. She also explained to us the importance of giving Mimi Rose options by having more than one litter box. After we changed her litter and her diet, and gave Mimi Rose another box her habits drastically improved. She still has an accident from time to time, but it is not nearly as often or bad when it happens. Ingrid really helped us when we at our wit’s end. We are so happy and so is Mimi Rose.
