Because of Ingrid, I now have a happy cat home!
After adopting a beautiful 10 year old sweet boy from local shelter, I faced litter box issues for the first time in my entire cat guardian life. I had no idea what to do except keep trying different litters - but that wasn’t really fair to my 17 year old who had been using the same litter her whole life.
Ingrid’s intake questionnaire was so thorough that I knew from the start, I had come to the right place for help. (NOTE: take time to complete the questionnaire – don’t rush through that portion of the consultation!) Just by some of my responses and with her incredible experience and insight, she knew right away some of the possible issues and possible remedies.
After some medical examinations, treatments and care, Toby (sweet black & white 10 year old with the elimination issues) and Lucy (my gorgeous 17 year old black beauty), set out to embark on Ingrid’s litter cafeteria exercise.
Nine (9) litters later, we landed on a fan favorite for both cats and using the newly created “litter palaces” from huge storage bins, everyone is happy, healthy, and more engaged. Toby is adjusting to our new home; seems content and coming out of his shell and no longer is eliminating outside litter boxes.
