I am so thankful to have found Ingrid to help me with my two-and-a-half-year-old sisters, Nora and Nellie. About 10 months after a terrifying bout of redirected aggression, with many months of intense (expensive) behaviorist-guided reintroduction techniques, I still had to have them separated and could not let them be together unsupervised for more than a few minutes. We were all miserable and tired, but I was very scared of another huge fight and had come very close to trying to rehome one of them, which broke my heart.

Ingrid was incredibly understanding and sympathetic, and gave me some new tricks to try when I really thought I had exhausted all the possibilities. Not only did she give me hope, she also helped me relax a little about it all, and I really think my cats felt that and responded accordingly. I learned a lot from Ingrid’s expert advice and am eternally grateful for her support as the work paid off and after a few more months we are all back together again, thankfully! J
